The Raw food diet is mostly used by vegans. There are many different variants of this diet, so you can modify it to suit you. Although, 100% of meals should be, made from raw food, dieters don’t like eating it, so 80% of meals is made from raw food. It is heated up to 110deghrees Fahrenheit. Some dieters are consuming raw animal products like: raw fish, milk and cheese. During this diet, you will eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Although, many of the foods can be bought in the grocery shop, there I some meals that require home prep. You cannot eat: a pasta, junk food, baked goods and drink juices. Only home made juices are allowed. You will have to learn how to prepare the raw food. It is crucial for your success, but it is very hard.

The benefits of the aw Food diet is that you use a lot of fruits and vegetables during its eating plan. This is very good, because you will have a lot of energy. Fruits is useful, because it will reduce risk of heart disease and some cancers. All of this will guarantee you a weight loss! Drawbacks are: you will need equipment to prepare food, and there are many rules!

This diet will satisfy your daily intake of fat (but just), protein, carbohydrates, fiber and potassium. Calcium recommendations will be hard to meet! So, you will have to adjust your eating plan so you can have enough of calcium intake. Sadly, this diet cannot satisfy the daily need for vitamins B12 and D. The only solution is the use of supplements. If you don’t want to use supplements, do not use this diet!
